Coaching Supervision is an important way in which coaches, mentors, supervisors can grow and in which organizations can ensure the quality of their coaches and mentors in order to "develop human capital".
In this dialogue session Kirsten will explore Solution Focus, an evidence-based simple and respectful approach valuing plurality of viewpoints, the fluidity of our complex world, resource and future orientation.
Participants will learn about the background of Solution Focused Coaching Supervision and experience a demonstration of a Solution Focused Team Coaching Supervision session.
The supervision session is subsequently reflected in small groups, questions can be asked and we hope for a lively exchange between participants learning from one another.
Team Coaching supervision is a relatively new field and we hope to generate new knowledge as well as sharing our experience.
NOTE - an optional networking half-hour has been included within the overall timing for this session, to which you are warmly invited

Presenters
Kirsten Dierolf has been coaching since 1996 having learned the Solution Focused approach from its founders.
She is EMCC accredited as supervisor (ESIA), Master Practitioner, Master Practitioner Team Coaching (ITCA).
Kirsten is the owner and founder of SolutionsAcademy, a coach training institute accredited with both EMCC (foundation, practitioner, senior practitioner, supervisor, team coach EQA) and ICF (levels 1, 2, and 3).
She coaches executives and executive teams, mentors and supervises coaches, mentors and supervisors.
Kirsten has published more than 40 articles and has written a book on "Solution Focused Team Coaching", a book on "Solution Focused Supervision" is in the making. She also co-authored "The Solution Tango" and "Coaching Plain and Simple".
