Background and education

During my commercial career, in various executive roles with leading retailers such as Prenatal, Perry Sport and the Etam Group, I have continued to develop in the field of personal growth and coaching. I am a certified NLP Master Coach, International certified Time Line Practioner, Hypnosis Practioner and DiSC- Leadershiptrainer and I completed a three-year Transactional Analysis training Personal Growth & Professional Development.

From this combination of experience as an executive complemented by various coaching courses, I am able to move people forward at all relevant times from, and at all levels. I believe in the self-managing ability of people. My style is characterized as listening, sincerely involved and always switching between head and heart. I have supported many executives, board members and teams in solving personal, leadership and team issues and becoming the best version of themselves.

From my commercial career, personal power and intuitive ability, I especially like to inspire other executives/executives to take steps to get in touch with their personal power and intuition. In doing so, executives gain access to finding new wisdom and growth within themselves and get an answer to the question of what they need to change as a leader in order to operate successfully and effectively in these times of ever accelerating change.

With coaching, I do what I love most: make a direct contribution to the process of development and growth of people, and thus make an indirect contribution to improving leadership and culture in organizations.

Through my affiliation as a coach with Lee Hecht Harisson | EzraX global digital coaching, I make this contribution from Canada to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Turkey, etc.

To continue to develop as a coach, I am affiliated with the VEC, the Professional Section of Executive Coaches and the NOBCO. Since 2017, I am also chairman of this professional section.

Achtergrond en opleiding

Tijdens mijn commerciële carrière, in diverse directie rollen bij vooraanstaande retailers als Prenatal, Perry Sport en de Etam Group, heb ik mij steeds verder ontwikkeld op het gebied van persoonlijke groei en coaching. Ik ben gecertificeerd NLP Master Coach, Internationaal gecertificeerd Time Line Practioner, Hypnose Practioner en DiSC- Leadershiptrainer en ik heb een driejarige Transactionele Analyse opleiding Persoonlijke Groei & Professionele Ontwikkeling afgerond.

Vanuit deze combinatie van ervaringen als executive aangevuld met diverse coachopleidingen ben ik in staat op alle relevante momenten mensen vanuit, en op alle niveaus verder te brengen. Ik geloof in het zelfsturend vermogen van mensen. Mijn stijl kenmerkt zich als luisterend, oprecht betrokken en steeds schakelend tussen hoofd en hart. Ik heb inmiddels vele executives, directieleden en teams mogen ondersteunen in oplossen van persoonlijke-, leiderschaps- en teamvraagstukken en de beste versie van zichzelf worden.

Vanuit mijn commerciële carrière, persoonlijke kracht en intuïtief vermogen inspireer ik vooral graag andere leidinggevenden/executieves om stappen te zetten om contact te maken met hun persoonlijke kracht en intuïtie. Hiermee krijgen leidinggevenden toegang tot het in zichzelf vinden van nieuwe wijsheid en groei en krijgen zij een antwoord op de vraag wat zij als leider dienen te veranderen om succesvol en effectief te kunnen opereren in deze tijden van steeds snellere verandering.

Met coaching doe ik wat ik het liefste doe: een directe bijdrage leveren aan het proces van ontwikkeling en groei van mensen, en zo een indirecte bijdrage leveren aan het verbeteren van leiderschap en cultuur in organisaties.

Door mijn aansluiting als coach bij Lee Hecht Harisson | EzraX global digital coaching lever ik deze bijdrage van Canada tot Oman, Saoedi-Arabië, Irak, Turkije etc.

Om mij als coach blijvend te ontwikkelen ben ik aangesloten bij de VEC, de Vaksectie Executive Coaches en de NOBCO. Sinds 2017 ben ik ook voorzitter van deze vaksectie.
